In the heart of the hospitable Twente the 365 acre nature reserve, lies the Springendal. With leafy forests, colorful moorland, beautiful river valleys and beautiful bike and walking paths. The garden of the Netherlands is the nickname of this piece of Twente. If you see the Springendal, you understand immediately why. Picturesque seepage ponds, waterfalls and small streams in the forest create a romantic look. Hills, meadows, lakes, meadows, moors and historic farms complete the picture. Because the area is not accessible to motorized traffic is very quiet. The vast forests and picturesque villages therefore require a long bike or walking.
In this area there are guided trails by Staatsbosbeheer and spiritual trails by RIVOS Chris van Benthem (see website and Facebook).
Ootmarsum is a town where art and culture thrive. The center's conservation area and contains many half-timbered houses and other historic buildings. Our detached, spacious holiday home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 1 to 8 people. There is also a baby cot available. The house is built in country style, and equipped with all comforts. The property is non-smoking. Pets do not have access.
The house is situated in a beautiful spot in the Springendal nature reserve. The holiday home is on a plot of land at "Ootmarsum-Nutter" campsite.
WiFi is present in the house.
The pitch on the campsite with many facilities, the beautiful forest environment, makes the house very suitable for families with children.
Beautiful hiking and cycling routes run directly from the campsite directly to the Twentse landscape. Among other things, the NK cycling trail Ootmarsum and an MTB route.
For a short visit or longer stay in Twente, our holiday home is a wonderful base for enjoying the Twente coulisseland, the rolling fields in the hilly décor just across the border in Germany.
Or to Ootmarsum, the art city of the east with galleries and studios, as well as museums and a historical and picturesque center.
The prices for rent of the house is up to 4 people . This includes tourist tax and park fees. For each person extra: € 45.00.
Linen includes (bed linen, bath towels, kitchen linen). Interim change is possible for € 10.00 per person. Final cleaning € 90,00.
The following weekends can be extended on request:
Easter weekend,

Christmas,
Old and new.
The additional costs of extension are on request.
During the construction holiday, weekly rentals and weekends are available on request as a last minute.
Arrival and departure times:
On the day of arrival you can use the holiday home at 15:00.
On departure day you must leave the holiday home before 10:00.
Reservation:
Within 14 days of receipt of our rental agreement / invoice on your reservation request, you will be deemed to pay 50% of the total rent. The rest of the rental amount must be received by us 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Reservation less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: payment of the full rental price immediately upon receipt of our rental agreement / invoice.
Your reservation is final after we have accepted your booking.

Nice to relax in the large living room with a cozy fireplace, 2 sofa's and 3 chairs.
The luxury kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and a cozy kitchen island with four gas burners and a wok. Also with two seats. The dining table has eight chairs.
Downstairs are also a lavatory and a depository with laundrymachine.
The spacious loft with chandelier has emergency lighting and fire alarms. The stairs are not safe for small children. It's better for them not to use them without addults.
Upstairs are 3 luxury spacious bedrooms with 2 and 3 single beds and a spacious wardrobe. All bedrooms are equipped with Bonell-spring mattresses and PVC flooring.
The bathroom has a large sink, toilet and large shower.
